Eliot Benton – Lead Carpenter

Eliot learned the trade from his father, a longtime carpenter in Guilford. He started in the early 1980’s and has continued working since then, starting with Common Vision in 2021.He is very proud of his work and is detail-oriented, especially enjoying trim and cabinetry, building custom kitchen cabinets in the first house he owned with his wife.

Eliot is passionate about music, and loves going to concerts and festivals. He also enjoys cooking, camping, photography, clamming and oystering, as well as spending time with his family.
